Q1 How do I play the instant win game?
A1 If you have Flash installed on your computer, follow the on-screen instructions on the game page to find out if you won. If you do not have Flash, you will automatically be taken to a page to see if you are a potential winner. Having Flash will not increase your chance of winning. If you are a potential winner, you will receive an email with instructions on how to claim your prize.

Q2 How do I earn a chance to win?
A2 You can earn a sweepstakes entry and/or instant win game play by registering once for the promotion and for each day you log in to the promotion.

Q3 What prizes are you giving away?
A3 We are giving away a grand prize of $10,000 to be used for a home entertainment system. We’re also giving away hundreds of instant win prizes towards video games, music, DVDs and more. See Official Rules for complete details.

Q4 How many times could I win a prize?
A4 One Instant win game prize and sweepstakes prize per person. See the Official Rules for complete details.

Q5 Why can’t I use my P.O. Box address on the registration form?
A5 Our shipping service cannot ship any prizes to a P.O. Box, so if you’re identified as a winner, we’d need to send the prize to your home. Also, your home address allows us to identify your residence for eligibility purposes.

Q6 I won the instant win game, but never received my email with more details. What should I do?
A6 To ensure you receive emails, add fulfillment@eprizefulfillment.com to your address book. Learn how. Fill out the form below to let us know you didn’t receive your win email.

Q7 How old do I have to be to participate?
A7 According to the Official Rules, you must be at least 18 to participate in this promotion.

Q8 How will I know if I'm the sweepstakes winner?
A8 The grand prize drawing will be held on or around September 28, 2009. The winner(s) will be notified via the contact information provided upon registration.
